The U.S. government could collapse? Well, it seems that a distinguished Russian thinker believes that soon will collapse.
Prof. Igor Panarin, 50, is an analyst the KGB, and is dean of the Russian Academy of Foreign Affairs Ministry of future diplomats. He appears regularly in the media as an expert on relations Russian-American.
Panarin was an analyst in the 1990s when his own country, the USSR was collapsed. Therefore, he has a vision to be be seriously considered.
It based its estimates on demographic, economic and financial data that he says will trigger a political crisis and society in the United States. He believes that soon the richest states will no longer send the funds to the federal government and secede from the Union. It also predicts that these events will trigger a civil war. It is expected that the United States will meet in ethnic and foreign nations have a significant influence on these confederations new.
His prediction is that California will be the key state of California Republic "," includes mainly the states of West Mountain Rockies. Texas will be the key state of "The Republic of Texas," which is like a reconstruction of the Confederate States America. He believes that States Atlantic will be another confederation, and other states in the U.S. Midwest will become the center of the North American Republic. He also believes that Hawaii and Alaska, will be independent.
Panarin also assigns each republic foreign influence. He predicted that European influence in the Atlantic, the influence Mexican in the Republic of Texas, the influence of Canada's northern and central China / Japanese influence in California and Hawaii, and Russian influence in Alaska.
I like the idea of a confederation of different, but I think one of your group is incorrect. For example, the group of Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina and South in Atlantic Republic. These are the states of the Old South, and part of the Confederation of 1860. They have a history of independence and free thought. I think these three states are allied with the Republic of Texas.
I also think it could have a fracture in the Atlantic Republic. Due to movement of the Free State New Hampshire, I think the Maritime Republic could be in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
When Panarin predicted the resulting civil war of secession, I agree with the sadness. The U.S. federal government not accept the secession of all States, individually or in groups. Thus, Washington will probably rush troops from the secessionist states to try to avoid the inevitable. The mandate of fighting in May will be short, but probably will be intense.
But an "X" unknown and unpredictable factors are: that U.S. soldiers make war on their fellow citizens?
If 1861 is an indication of future then I would say that the soldiers opened its own neighbors. But today is not 1861. It is a lottery in 2009.
Panarin give their predictions, and the future of America, shooting 50/50. If you believe the possibility that their predictions or not, you should begin to prepare for a major social disruption. If the predictions are false money, you have last of the preparations that you can consume in time. However, if forecasts are correct, you can save your own life.
